SOLUTION AT Academic Writers Bay

The physiological and psychological benefits of physical activity have been well established (Donatelle, 2019; Hoffman & Knudson, 2018; Kenny et al., 2019). Aside from the health benefits, there are many reasons why people do, or don’t, exercise. As kinesiologists, it is important to model healthy behaviors, but also sympathize and begin to understand why people are less inclined to be physically active.
For this week’s assignment you’re asked to discuss your personal physical activity experiences by answering the bullet point questions below. Please use level 2 headings (bolded, aligned to the left of the page) to organize your responses. For example, a heading for the first question could be, Benefits of Physical Activity. The heading for the second question might be, Current Routine.
What are three benefits of physical activity? (minimum of two credible sources)
At least one psychological and one physiological.
What is your current physical activity routine like? (remember, this isn’t only time spent in the gym)
Who most influences your physical activity (PA) choices? (ex: parent, peer, coach, etc.)
Why do they have the greatest influence on you?
What most influences your physical activity (PA) choices? (ex: health, aesthetics, etc.)
Why?
What factors either contribute, distract, or prevent you from being physically active?
Consider factors like social environment, individual circumstances, and personal attributes.
If you’re not as physically active as you would like to be, what are some strategies for increasing your activity? If you are physically active enough, how do you ensure your are not overly active, which can lead to compromised physiological outcomes (Cadegiani et al., 2019)?
